Rental Process

The five steps before you move in.

You can move in after 1 week at the shortest.

Things need to be prepared when signing the contract
  • 1. Identification
  • 2. Your seal for your bank account (To register for a bank transfer)
  • 3. Joint guarantor’s consent form

※ ‘Joint guarantor’s consent form’ is required for certain share houses
※ Some other documents might be needed according to the contract contents

The cost for the room

The initial cost 1.Prorated rent
2.Prorated common area charge・prorated utilities
3.Deposit (an amount of the monthly rent)
4.Agency commission ¥15,000 (tax excluded)
※ Other fees such as a car parking fee, a bicycle parking fee, or a supplies fee might be needed depending on share houses.

※ Other fees such as a car parking fee, a bicycle parking fee, or a supplies fee might be needed depending on share houses.
Re-contract ・Move in again after you have moved out, commission fee ¥10,000 (tax excluded) is needed
・Share 180°’s share house transferring commission fee ¥15,000(tax excluded) ※cleaning fee is included.
