Make your life exciting at this share house! Inside, there is something that resembles a hideout.

The rooftop is equipped with a BBQ and fireworks viewing area for everyone to enjoy!
There is also a rooftop vegetable garden on the rooftop, and vegetables grown by everyone taste even better than usual when eaten on the BBQ.
In the living room, there is a hut with a window like a secret base, and when you look inside, it looks like a library!
You can spend your time reading books with your house mates, making plans for fun, or just enjoying your hobbies on your own.

There is also a theater room with a large TV and sofa, and a powder room for women.
Bicycle parking is also available, making this property perfect for those who love cycling and other outdoor activities.

Chic interior was created by designers.

PORT GARDEN TSUKIJIGUCHI ferent design and a chic atmosphere.

In the living room there is a big table, and various kinds of chairs and pretty pendent lamps giving off warm light. A small hut “library” is very decorative in the room. It is definitely ‘Instagrammable’.

 

Details were carefully designed. The bathroom has glass walls across the whole surface. There is a mirror with a wooden frame in the room.

Some individual rooms are decorated in black or pink wall paper. Some rooms are stylish with concrete walls. You can choose your favorite room. Two people can move in to share a room, so you can live with your friend, or boyfriend or girlfriend.

The house offers great access to central Tokyo and some wonderful surroundings.

This place is located in a convenient place. It is a three-minute walk to Tukiji-guchi Station on the Meiko Line. It is very convenient to commute from. It takes nine minutes to Kanayama Station and 18 minutes to Sakae Station from the nearest station. It is only one station away to Nagoya Minato Station, so you can have great access to Nagoyaminato Aquarium, which is popular for its orcas, and has a big Ferris wheel.

It is only 1.5 kilometers away to LaLaport Nagoya Minato AQULS that just opened in 2019 and MEGA Don Quijote. It only takes 10 to 20 minutes by bike or on foot. You can just stop by on your way to somewhere else.. There is also a convenience store just a one-minute walk away. There is a shopping street, where you can get delicious croquettes or fresh vegetables. The Minato Ward Hall is also nearby. The house is located in a convenient place in various aspects.
