A large shared house equipped with workspaces, a theater room, and a gym will open in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture! Urban Terrace Kawaguchi Aoki-cho is the ninth building in the Urban Terrace series. This is a large shared house with 75 rooms.
Fully-equipped shared areas for work and play
The shared spaces include all the popular features of the Urban Terrace series: a “Theater Space,” “Training Room,” and “Working Space.” The workspaces include individual booths, called “DEEP WORKING,” for better concentration and booths for phone calls and online meetings, called “TELEWORKING,” convenient for online meetings or phone calls.
The theater space, integrated with the living area, offers not just relaxation but also a chance to enjoy movies and sports on a big screen. The training room provides opportunities to exercise daily, helping to refresh both mind and body.
Additionally, by concentrating all shared facilities on the first floor, we separate open and private spaces, creating an environment where residents can enjoy their life as they wish. The lounge is so open and airy that it allows for a view of the entire space. It has a simple yet warm atmosphere. Feel free to spend time here like in a café. You can enjoy meals or hanging out with your housemates.
Private Rooms
The private rooms are fully enclosed, each approximately 11 square meters. Each room is equipped with a convenient washstand. So you can complete morning routines comfortably within the room. Each room also includes an air conditioner, a bed, a desk, a chair, curtains, and a refrigerator. You can move in with minimal belongings!
Convenient location with no transfers to Tokyo Station
The nearest station, Nishikawaguchi Station, offers direct access to Tokyo in 28 minutes, Omiya in 23 minutes, and Akabane in 6 minutes. This is ideal for commuting or studying! There are many shops along the route from the station to the shared house. In front of the house is the comprehensive sports park “Aoki-cho Park,” providing a pleasant living environment. In the park, large trees grow, creating valuable greenery in the city. It is a great place for jogging and walking. It is a popular spot day and night.
