What is BackpackersHome?
BackapackersHome is a multi-location living platform that allows you to move to locations nationwide on a monthly basis as often as you like.
BackpackersHome is affiliated with hostels and guesthouses from Okinawa to Hokkaido, where you can easily live on a monthly basis.
Since it is a hostel or guesthouse, the room will be cleaned every day!
You can spend the year in any place you like, at any time of the year, such as living near the sea in Okinawa in the summer, enjoying the autumn leaves in Kyoto in the fall, winter sports in Niigata in the winter, and soothing the fresh green scenery in Hokkaido in the spring.
You can sign a contract for a private room or dormitory at an affiliated hostel or guesthouse at a lower price than usual.
Living in a hostel with no key money, deposit
There are no key money, security deposits, or brokerage fees, which are required for general rentals. Since the hostel is the main base, you don’t need to prepare furniture, appliances, or even futons. You can move to the city you want to live in with just one bag.
*The initial contract fee is 11,000 yen (excluding tax), and the contract is for one month at a time (including utility fees, etc.)
*Please note that since this is a hostel and guesthouse, we do not accept viewings.
*There may be no vacancies depending on the operating status of the base.
