The private room has a prefabricated bath unit, a bed, a desk, a chair, lightning, etc.

We can rent a TV, a refrigerator, and a futon. If you don’t want to buy all your furniture at once, please feel free to ask us about renting.

Safety and security
An auto locking system has been installed, and the dorm mother and the dorm manager can listen to you, when you have some worries.
They could take you to a clinic when you feel sick, or receive a package on your behalf when you are not home.
The shared spaces are kept clean by the dorm mother and the dorm manager. So at all times you can find the shared spaces clean and tidy.
The contract with a meal service (350 yen for breakfast and 650 yen for dinner) is optional. If you want to have homemade, warm meals or if you want to have a balanced diet for breakfast and dinner, we recommend that you consider this option.

Dormy Esaka accommodates as many as 80 residents.
You can enjoy seasonal events in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. You can hang out and talk with your friends over night. Please fully enjoy your first time living by yourself.
